How do I know which program is right for me?

What's the difference between the three tiers — Starter, Foundation, and Queen?
All three tiers include the same program and access to the Crown Collective community. What changes is the level of personalization and direct coaching:
- Starter - the self-directed path. Your program, community, resource library, habit tracker, and Food Diary.
- Foundation — everything in Starter, plus a Personalized Meal Plan built around your life and your family.
- Queen — everything in Foundation, plus a monthly 30-minute 1:1 coaching call with Emily.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is discussed on your free MomStrong Connect Call - because the right program for you depends on your goals, your life, and your level of support. The Connect Call is free and zero pressure.

What if I've never worked out before?
You're in the right place. Several MomStrong programs are specifically designed for moms who are starting from scratch - including Comeback Queen, which is built for moms returning after any length of time away from fitness. The free Connect Call will help us find the right starting point for where you are right now.
What if I haven't worked out in years?
That's more common than you think and it's not a problem. Programs like Comeback Queen are built exactly for this. You don't need to "get in shape" before starting. You just need to start.
Do I need equipment?
Not necessarily. Programs are designed to be adaptable to what you have. Some exercises have equipment alternatives. If you have questions about what's needed for a specific program, ask on your Connect Call.
What if I have a health condition or injury?
Please mention any health conditions or injuries on your MomStrong Connect Call so Emily can make sure you're matched to the right program. Emily manages a chronic health condition herself and understands that one-size-fits-all fitness doesn't work for everyone. We tailor your program to your health and injuries.
Can I lose weight after 35?
Yes. It can feel harder after 35 because of hormones, stress, and less time for yourself — but sustainable weight loss is absolutely possible with the right strength training, nutrition, and habits built around your real life. No crash diets, no quick fixes.
Can I work out from home with no equipment?
Yes. Programs are built for home with minimal or no equipment, so you can train around nap times, school runs, and a busy schedule. No gym membership required.
Can I start working out postpartum?
Yes. The Heal & Rebuild programs are designed specifically for postpartum recovery - including birth and C-section recovery - rebuilding your core and strength at a pace your body can handle. Always check with your doctor before starting.
Why is strength training important for women over 35?
Strength training protects muscle and bone as you age, supports your metabolism, and helps you feel strong and capable in everyday life. It's the foundation of every program here - and many moms feel stronger in their 40s than they did in their 20s.
How long does it take to see results?
Many moms notice changes in energy, sleep, and mood within the first few weeks, with visible physical changes building over your coaching season. We focus on lasting progress over fast, temporary results - because the goal is the next 24 years, not just the next 24 weeks.
Where do I access the programs?
All MomStrong programs are delivered through a coaching platform where your program, your nutrition, your community (Crown Collective), and your resources all live in one place. You'll receive access instructions after enrolling.
Do I need a smartphone?
No. The app is also available on tablet and on you computer. We aim to make it asscessible for as many moms as possible.
Is this pre-recorded, or is Emily actually involved?
Both. The programs themselves are structured and pre-built so you can work through them at your own pace and schedule. But Emily is genuinely present in the community, on coaching calls, and available to her clients. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it platform. Emily shows up.
How often will I hear from Emily?
At the Starter tier, Emily is active in the Crown Collective community. Foundation clients receive a Personalized Meal Plan from Emily. Queen clients get 1:1 calls with Emily, plus everything else.
HEAL & REBUILD clients at Foundation and above also receive 1:1 coaching calls.

Is the Connect Call really free? What happens on it?
Yes, completely free. No obligation to enroll. You'll spend about 20–30 minutes talking through your goals and getting clear on what would actually work for your life. If MomStrong is the right fit, great - we'll talk about next steps. If it's not the right time, that's okay too.
What's the difference between the MomStrong Crown Club and the Crown Collective?
They're two separate communities.
- The MomStrong Crown Club is a free Facebook group open to any mom — no program purchase required.
- The Crown Collective is the private community inside the app, exclusively for enrolled MomStrong clients.
Both are real communities where Emily is active, they just serve different stages of the journey.
