Meet Emily: Your MomStrong Coach
Hi, I'm Emily, and I know what it's like to feel like you're running on empty.

As a mom of two (including a very active 3-year-old), Wellness Director at a senior living community, and graduate student pursuing my MPH in Gerontology, I understand busy. I also understand what it's like to put everyone else first and wake up one day feeling disconnected from your own body and goals.
I've been the mom who felt too tired to play with my kids. The one scrolling fitness content while eating dinner standing at the counter. The one who knew exactly what I should be doing but couldn't figure out how to make it actually work with two kids, a demanding job, and grad school deadlines.
That's why I created the MomStrong program—because I needed it too. And it turns out, a lot of other moms needed the same thing: fitness coaching that actually fits their lives.

You're Joining a Movement, Not Just a Program
The MomStrong Transformation isn't just about losing weight or fitting into your old jeans. It's about something much bigger.
I envision a future where mothers over 35 can reclaim their identity, build unshakeable strength and confidence, and create self-worth through sustainable, guilt-free health habits—so that they shatter generational cycles of putting themselves last, model healthy boundaries for their children, teach that self-care is strength not selfishness, and build communities where women celebrate each other's wins instead of perpetuating comparison and self-sacrifice.
This is what we're building together. Not perfection. Not competition. Just real women supporting real women to become the strongest versions of themselves—for themselves AND their families.
