Meet Emily: Your MomStrong Coach

Hi, I'm Emily, and I know what it's like to feel like you're running on empty.

As a mom of two (including a very active 3-year-old), Wellness Director at a senior living community, and graduate student pursuing my MPH in Gerontology, I understand busy. I also understand what it's like to put everyone else first and wake up one day feeling disconnected from your own body and goals.

I've been the mom who felt too tired to play with my kids. The one scrolling fitness content while eating dinner standing at the counter. The one who knew exactly what I should be doing but couldn't figure out how to make it actually work with two kids, a demanding job, and grad school deadlines.

That's why I created the MomStrong program—because I needed it too. And it turns out, a lot of other moms needed the same thing: fitness coaching that actually fits their lives.

My approach is different because:

  • I design programs based on what's realistic, not what looks good on Instagram

  • Through my work as a Wellness Director, I've learned that sustainable programs always beat extreme ones—whether you're 35 or 85

  • I'm a mom too—I get the interruptions, the exhaustion, and the guilt that comes with prioritizing yourself
