How much time do I need for the workouts?
Most workouts are 20-45 minutes depending on the program tier you choose. I design them to be efficient and effective—no fluff, no wasted time. If you only have 20 minutes during naptime, we'll work with that!
What if I've never worked out before?
Perfect! I work with moms at all fitness levels. Everything is customized to where you are right now, with modifications and progressions built in. We start where you are and build from there.
Do I need access to a gym or a gym membership?
Nope! Most clients train at home with minimal equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands). I'll give you equipment recommendations based on your budget and space. You can absolutely get great results at home.

I don't have a lot of time to exercise. Is that ok?
YES! We plan around your schedule, which can be as few as 2 workouts per week up to 5 per week. Quality matters more than quantity. Even 20 minutes, done consistently, will get you results.
What if I miss workouts because life happens?
Life happens to all of us! The program is flexible, and we'll adjust as needed. This isn't about perfection—it's about progress and sustainability. Miss a week? We'll pick up where you left off without guilt or starting over.
How is this different from following a program on Instagram or YouTube?
You get a completely personalized plan based on YOUR goals, schedule, and fitness level—plus direct access to me for accountability, form checks, and troubleshooting. You're not just following a program; you have a coach in your corner who knows you and can adjust when things change.
What if I'm postpartum or have diastasis recti/pelvic floor issues?
I work with moms at all stages of postpartum recovery. Your workouts will be modified to ensure safety and proper progression. However, I always recommend getting clearance from your doctor or pelvic floor physical therapist first, and we can coordinate to make sure you're getting the right support.
Can I pause my program if I get sick or go on vacation?
Absolutely. Life happens, and I'd rather you pause than cancel. Just give me notice and we can freeze your program for up to 2 weeks per quarter without losing your spot.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! All programs can be paid monthly. I also offer discounts for pay-in-full options. We'll discuss payment options during your strategy call.
What app do you use for coaching?
I use fitbod for all coaching delivery. It's free to download and user-friendly. You'll have access to workouts with video demos, messaging, nutrition tracking, progress photos, and the community—all in one place.
Is Online Training right for me?
If you want to be a healthier version of yourself and need extra guidance and/or accountability - then YES! Online training works especially well for busy moms who need flexibility and don't have time to commute to a gym or meet a trainer in person.
